Packages do not track, the app doesn't function, and there is no support. You can try to contact them, but they will close the request and refuse to do anything in the first reply. Update Packages still fail to track, and the app doesn't respect the 3 button navigation so if you use it there will be things you can't do because they're under the nav bar

I've used package tracking apps for 8+ years and this one is decent and would've been a keeper to replace my current one. However the inability to edit a package is surprising. Something basic like that should be easily doable instead of having to delete and redo. Uninstalling and I'll try again next year maybe.

I downloaded this app to replace one that was no longer supported. It seemed like it would be a good replacement, but in reality this app falls short in several big ways. This app is extremely slow to update and does not have an option to force update the info. The info on the app versus what the carrier displays is often wrong with the app being behind. I find that I have to navigate to the carrier website just to get up to date tracking info which defeats the purpose of this app. Don't bother.
